Sectional Study of Occupational Burnout

摘要：

Occupational burnout problem has attracted extensive attention in various fields at home and abroad. For the burnout studies, researchers in different fields have surveyed from different views, the survey showed that a large percentage of office workers have occupational burnout problem to some extent, which has become the No. 1 enemy. And a certain degree of occupational burnout not only affects individual health and performance, but also affect the organizations interpersonal relationships, performance and image. According to various factors which cause occupation burnout, this paper proposed some methods to eliminate the occupation burnout, and it has vital significance for the research and development of occupation burnout.
