Establishment Method of Assessment Index System for the Emergency Capability in Coal Mines

摘要：

Good emergency capability is an effective protection to reducing accident loss and accident casualties after the accident of coal mining enterprises happening. Through analyzing emergency capability of coal mining enterprises from three stages: prevention, response and recovery, it can establish an initial index system of emergency capability of the coal mining enterprises. By selecting the structure equation model approach to testing the reasonableness of the initial index system, it can establish a reasonable system of emergency capability index system. The consequence revealed that it is superior for us to use structure equation model to build the index system of the emergency capability.
