A Study on Safe Behaviors in Primary Organization
To deal with frequently accidents in coal mine industry, this paper studied the impact factors of safe behaviors from primary organizations point of view. Firstly, the paper classified the unsafe behaviors in primary organization of coal mine industry in accordance with organizational behavior theory and actual production in coal mine; secondly, the paper analyzed the impact factors of unsafe behaviors in coal mine primary organization respectively from operator, environment and organization aspects, and gave out questionnaire related to impact factors, and studied the understanding of interviewees on coal mine safety status through the questionnaire; thirdly, according to the concrete practice, this paper proposed a quantitative method of risk index. This method can do uniform quantization of various hidden troubles and help the managers of coal enterprises elicit the integrative risk index, and open up risk real-time monitoring information system for safety in production of mine; finally, on the basis of previous analysis, proposed the control measures still from operator, environment and organization aspects.
