Analysis on the Chemical Industrys Safety Management Based on Improved AHP Method

摘要：

In order to resolve the existing problems in the chemical company that the safety management task is heavy and the resources of management are difficult to use effectively, index system of Chemical Company Safety Management was constructed in this paper by studying a large number of chemical accident cases and consulting the on-site personnel and relevant experts. The index system was analyzed based on improved AHP method. The results suggested dangerous operation management, maintenance process management, leader inspection and regular inclusion of safety issues in company meeting agenda are the weak links and need to strengthen in safety management Finally, the corresponding solutions were proposed.
