Study of Petrochemical Plant Fire Emergency Management System Based on the Fire Risk Prediction
In accordance with the characteristics of petrochemical plant which has the complex process and gathered flammable and explosive materials, the fire risk and fire and explosion disasters evolution and prediction method for petrochemical plant process and apparatus was put forward by the analysis of fire hazards distribution and characteristics of disasters accidents, combined with the fire resource and effectiveness of fire-fighting equipment. Based on the advanced information technologies (GIS geographic information system, RS remote sensing and telemetry systems, etc.), integrating the risk assessment, monitoring and supervisory, forecast and early warning, dynamic decision-making, comprehensive coordination, emergency response, optimize decisionmaking functions and so on, the digital prevention and emergency management system was brought forth based on the fire risk analysis and forecast including integrated emergency response. Using the emergency management system to develop platform for emergency management, the petrochemical enterprises can realize dynamic security fire risk management, thereby enhancing the fire safety management of the petrochemical companies and fire prevention technology.
