Design of Mishap Risk Program Based on Job in Power Transmission and Distribution Corporation

摘要：

Work safety in power transmission and distribution industry has close relationship with national economics and human life. It is a proactive approach to improving organization safety performance by mishap risk management. In order to prevent injury or loss incidents in the industry, this paper regards job as an objective, chooses the approach of hazard identification based on reference |8|, sets power transmission industry risk rank and four level hazard control approach to form mishap risk program which also was applied to the job of main power transmission and distribution job in substation operation profession.
