Analysis on the Differences of Safety Culture Training for Different Levels Enterprise Staff

The safety culture training is very important for staff and enterprises development. Based on the present research achievements by the Safety Management Research Center of China University of Mining & Technology (Beijing), the paper analyzes the quantitative safety culture measurements of ten mines in Shanxi, Shandong, Henan provinces as well as Northeast Chinas three provinces. 32 initial safety culture key elements at different levels (e.g. management, professional staff, team leaders, frontline staff) are listed here. Thus the trainers can get a good comprehension of the 32 key safety culture elements and can then make a target training plan for different levels of staff according to their differences. It is concluded that the safety culture training for management should focus on emergency response capabilities, safety values formation level and so on; the safety culture training for professionals should focus on emergency response capabilities, the relative importance of safety and so on; the safety culture training for team leaders should focus on emergency response capabilities, safety performance control and so on; the safety culture training for front-line staff should focus on the overall security expectations, emergency response capabilities and so on. Training can be targeted for the differences levels of staff.
