Exploration on the Implementation of Coal Mine Safety Supervision
Mining production is a process with high risk, and the coal mining accidents occurs very frequently. And this coal minings safety problems have always been one of the subjects of social concern. Safety supervision is an important way to improve coal mines safety production. Based on foreign countries advanced safety supervision methods, this paper proposes to enhance the supervision system construction through the following channels: innovating the idea of law enforcement, perfecting the rules and regulations, improving supervision management system, and strengthening supervisor teams. As to the last channel, three aspects are involved: ideology, technology and supervision atmosphere. These methods can be used to promote the coal mine safety management, improve the force of safety supervision, and improve the safety level in coal mining.
