Research on Safety Management Organization Reengineering of Coal Enterprises

摘要：

Coal enterprises safety management system is the complicated system engineering, involving the governance structure, organization structure, business process, system construction and system innovation. Reference to Chinas coal enterprises, the paper analyzes the feasibility of safety management organization reengineering from the safety management organizational change and safety information channel, and it re-establishes the organizational structure and information channels. Finally, this paper puts forward of proposals about safety management organization reengineering.
