Construction of Coal Enterprise Safety Performance Management System
Poor implementation of safety management in coal enterprises has seriously restricted safety level improvement. Strengthening the quantified assessment of safety management is an effective method to change this condition. Based on the determination principles of performance index in general safety science, this paper proposes some safety performance indexes for coal companies, constructs a safety performance index system with the qualitative and quantitative character, and describes the implementation method of the system. It provides new ideas and methods for coal enterprises to further improve safety management, control accident effectively and achieve intrinsic safety.
