Evaluation of Enterprise Safety Culture Based on the Extension Theory
In order to know the construction conditions of the safety culture in enterprise, from organization internal perspective, time perspective and spatial perspective, hierarchical index system of safety culture was set up, according to SMART criteria. Normalized and dimensionless theories were adapted to preprocessing all the indexes. The classical domain, the controlled domain and the matter-element for assessment system were determined on the basis of extension theory. At last, an extension evaluation example was given in order to illustrate the method and verify its effectiveness and feasibility from which the grades of index layer, criterion layer and target layer were concluded.
