Grassroots Bank of Emergency Plan System Problems and Countermeasures
Situation at home and abroad in todays society is complex and changeable. Natural disasters occurred frequently, Japanese earthquake, nuclear leak, Libya coup is also emerging endlessly. Chinas grassroots Banks exist in the rapidly changing environment with a strong practical need, especially for emergency management basic banking. Comprehensively, Chinas grassroots banking emergency management problems mainly focus on emergency preventive stage. Therefore improving Chinas grassroots bank emergency plan system should be done. Currently, the main problems of the emergency plan of Chinas grassroots banks are: 1) the indifference of the emergency personnel; 2) emergency plans incomplete; 3) the imperfection of risk early-warning index system; 4) the unclearness of each departments duty; 4) the lack of linkage mechanism; 5) the lack of information sharing system; 6) lack of daily supervision and rewards and punishment system; 6) the imperfection of logistics management. Therefore, it is necessary to enlarge the scale of publicity and improve the awareness and attention of the staff as well as to perfect emergency plans. Meanwhile, improving drill standard and systems are also indispensible for strengthening practical ability.
