Construction of Safety Culture Concept System in Coal Mines

摘要：

To strengthen coal mine safety culture, and to promote coal mine safety production, it has been constructed of a safety culture concept system of coal mine, and it is consisted of three aspects below: strategy concept, value concept and execution concept. According to the system constructed, it put forward the safety culture concept system of coal mine. The conception of safety culture is the reflection of safety culture in spirit aspect and also its soul and core. The establishment of safety culture conception system can play a role of leading and navigation in coal mine safe production.
