Research on Safety Management Measures Based on Human Hypothesis and Adapted to Chinese Culture

摘要：

This article focuses on the safety management construction of the current Chinese enterprises, introduces human nature hypothesis, and combines X Theory, Y Theory and super Y Theory with the evil of humanity , goodness of humanity nature and Humanity changeable theory in Chinese culture to make an analysis suitable to Chinese culture, the author proposes each theorys guiding significance and incentives for safety management method, and puts forward his own ideas for how to apply human nature hypothesis according to our countrys culture to establish appropriate principles and methods of safety management for guidance, and provides the theoretical guidance for Chinese enterprises to improve the level of safety management.
