Study on Safety Management of the Temporary Community after the Earthquake——Taking the Japan Earthquake as an Example

In recent years, global natural disasters happen frequently. The 3.11 earthquake in Japan once again allow people to focus on the safety management of emergency shelter (temporary community). This paper gives an introduction to the management experience of Japans emergency shelters and analyses the safety situation from five aspects, such as people, equipment, relief supplies, laws and regulations, environment. Combined with the features of our countrys community and temporary community, some suggestions are put forward, with a view of improving the community emergency management and the temporary communitys safety construction after disaster in China.
