Research on Safety Quality Structure Wage in Coal Mining Enterprise

Safety quality structure wage system connects the employees salary with labor in safety quality performance, and can help arouse the employees enthusiasm and initiative for safety production, thus can fundamentally prevent the coal mine accidents. Four aspects of safety quality structure wage will be analyzed and defined, that is, approved base of the structure wage, based proportion of each part of the structure wage, assessment of each part of the structure wage, and cashing the structure wage. Approved base of structure wage is the workers initial total wage, often identified based on workers work output and output value together with other auxiliary indicators of different types of work. As to the based proportion of every part of structure wage, it is divided into the determined initial total wage, the quality structure wage, and other structure wage. And the rate of every part of the structure wage is the contents for assessing the safety quality structure wage. The structure wage is normally cashed monthly. The actual operational situation of each part of safety quality structure wage system in different enterprises will be analyzed, and the attentions to safety quality structure wage implementation be proposed, according to the Double base assessment, that is, 4-3-2-1 and 3-3-3-1 safety quality structure wage system.
