Safety Management and Accident Prevention in Construction Projects

摘要：

By analyzing the underlying causes of the safety accident in the construction projects, we found that mismanagement is the substantial cause of the accident Management faults may lead to personnel, material, environment and information deficiencies, which then sequentially result in accidents, affecting production, and causing casualties and economic losses. Therefore, to solve the safety risk management problems in Chinas construction industries, one of the effective approaches is to build production safety risk management system based on the integration framework for enterprise risk management (ERM), and to strengthen internal risk control and management of safety risk of construction projects.
