A Comparative Study on Safety Departments Functions between Foreign and Chinese Enterprises
In order to understand the enterprise safety departments functions and improving the safety work efficiency in enterprises, work mode of safety department in outstanding foreign enterprises is theoretically analyzed, in combination with researching and quantitative measuring safety departments functions in enterprises in China. It finds out that there is great gap between the understandings in work scope, work division, work content, work methods of safety department in foreign and Chinese enterprises. A proper understanding of safety department functions was proposed, and it was suggested that Chinese enterprises should transform their understanding of safety departments functions by means of enhancing the safety culture construction, so as to improve the safety level of Chinese enterprises.
