Scenario Analysis of Group Events Occurrence under the View of Game Theory —— Take the Yunnan Suijiang Territory-Losing Emigrants Besieging Their County Seat as an Example
To make clear the deep roots for the group events occurrence, the causes for the group event occurring will be reviewed thoroughly in the paper. Due to the significance of the scenario analysis for the description of the system situation that may happen in the future, the paper will use the Game Theory to analyze the causes for group events, and tries to build a model of group events occurring process. And the paper is to take Yunnan Suijiang territory-losing emigrants besieging their county seat as an example, based on the view of Game Theory. By analyzing the benefits among the Sanxia Group, the local government and those territory-losing emigrants, the paper tries to build a model of group event occurring under different circumstances. The results shows that the transparent resettlement policies and the less timely and effective responses to the disadvantageous groups profits make this incident worsened into a group event. Therefore, it is necessary to arouse the governments attention for the disadvantageous groups, and to respect their benefits as the nip in the bud.
