The Design and Analysis of Safety Culture Survey on a Coal Mine Enterprise
Safety culture directly influences the safety performance in coal mine enterprises and, therefore, it is quite necessary to study safety culture construction in depth. This paper took a coal mine enterprise as the research object and investigated the real situation of safety culture construction from leadership commitment, safety culture communication and employee involvement, which are the three main elements of safety culture, using questionnaire method. Through analysis of the questionnaire, some safety culture problems were presented, such as simple safety policy, incomplete individual systems, weak safety awareness of employees, unpractical training content and so on. Measures regarding to each problem were put forward respectively. The results show that questionnaire designed and implemented properly can effectively promote safety culture construction in enterprises.
