Improved LEC Model of the Same Type Accidents for High-Danger Industries
LEC method is widely used in high-danger industries. Its three kinds of factors can completely summarize the systems risks, and have a theoretical significance. Because of its strong subjectivity and indirectness, we cant directly use it Through improving the classical LEC method essentially and using it to evaluate the same-type accidents risks, we put forward the model of risk value, risk alert standard, and risk alert status. We practically analyze a specific risk evaluation project, the process shows that, reducing the indirect evaluation can avoid transference and accumulation of subjectivity; and using the base-period standard as a relative standard can prevent the noneffective information in absolute standard. Actual projects effect shows that our risk evaluation method is suitable for high-danger industries.
