The Economic Incentives Methods in the Enterprise Safety Management
The economical progress can satisfy employees needs and spur the driving force related to the seeking behaviors, and the aim of the enterprises can come true then. This method is used more and more in the safety management by many enterprises as an important way to exploiting and managing the human resources. Some mines have creatively implemented such economic methods as risk trading, safety stock, safety aim internal market, which are consistent with both the enterprises safety aim and the individual employees needs by paying the safety bonus in different ways. This paper is to assess the effect of these economic incentive methods and to propose that implementing these methods should take into consider the following four aspects: I) the realities of the enterprises safety production; 2) the employees performance; 3) the mental incentive; 4) the realizing long-term and short-term incentives, and building a scientific evaluation system for making continuous improvements.
