The Intervention of Coal Miners Job Burnout Based on EAP
Miners job burnout lead them to lack proper security sensitivity they should have in implementation of various safety procedures underground, and to solve this problem is one of the most important conditions for strengthening mine safety management The paper has analyzed impact factors of miners job burnout from the angel of job characteristics, organization management, and role stress. Based on the theory of Employee Assistance Program, it proposed systematic intervention for miners job burnout through working assistance, living assistance, and psychological assistance area.
