Study on Airport Detained Passenger Behavior Analysis and Control under Emergency
Not only the passengers profit, but also the airport operation and the airline company business reputation would be harmed by the airport passenger detention sou reed from the emergencies. Study on the passenger behavior can be propitious to reduce the loss caused by the unavoidable detention furthest, which benefits the passengers, the airport and the airline company together. Starting with the detained passengers needs, through questionnaire survey on their understanding to detention and the 14 categories passenger behavior modes under the five different detained time periods, the passenger understands and the passenger behavior trends ranging from time were obtained. According to the statistics and analysis consequences, these conclusions, unsafe behavior and every behavior trend of each period were used for measure on every period decision ultimately.
