Analysis on Measures to Avoid Human Errors in the Collection of Dangerous Goods in Air Transport

With the rapid economic development of China, the number of dangerous goods transported by air is increased year by year, followed by frequent accidents in air transport of dangerous goods. In the process of air transport of dangerous goods, collection is one of the important parts in the process of carriage of dangerous goods safely, and the human factors affect collection greatly, the accident caused by human error increased prominently. Hence researches and analysis on the human error involved in the collection, and finding out the causes of human errors are very necessary. This paper first introduces the problems and human errors in the collection, and then analyzes the cause for human error by using Reason-SHEL model, so as to provide support for the safety management of dangerous goods in air transport.
