Study of the Accidental Modes and the Workers Unsafe Behaviors in Construction

摘要：

Human unsafe behaviors are the main causes of accidents in construction. By analyzing the characteristics of the unsafe behaviors of the building workers, this paper not only introduces the initiative unsafe behaviors and the passive unsafe behaviors, but also gives a manifestation of the workers unsafe behaviors. Then, the paper analyzes the main causes for the workers unsafe behaviors in Chinas construction enterprises. Three accidental modes in construction will be established in this paper. Finally, the author puts forward the main means of the prevention and control of accidents, including controlling peoples unsafe behaviors and the things that may cause the dangerous state in construction.
