Focusing on Occupational Health and Safety Education Training for Migrant Labors ——Take the Practice of the Peoples Law School of Canada as an Example
Specialized education training is an important way to consolidate the occupational health and safety awareness and ability of parties related to a labor relation, and is also a basic step to realize the migrant labors right of occupational safety. Based on the analysis of the current condition of occupational health and safety education training in China, the paper looks into the existing problems and dissects their causes. In addition, through reviewing the ideas, methods, features and advantages of the public legal education carried out by the Peoples Law School of Canada, as well as related comparison within or out of China, the paper aims to provide experience for occupational health and safety education training for migrant labors in China. In order to give full play to education training in the aspect of the occupational health and safe operation in China, transformation of education training ideas, leading role of the government, education mode and training method reformation should be regarded as the focus of occupational health and safety education training for migrant labors.
