Prevention Analysis of Key Factors of Human Error for Coal Mining Safety

摘要：

Based on most human errors accidents of coal mine in China, affecting factors of human errors were analyzed by questionnaires and site investigation in some coal mine of Pingding-shan. The most important affecting factors on human errors were gained, such as workers psychological and physiological, staff knowledge and ability, management and so on. The key affecting factors were ordered according to their weight which got by AHP. Through analyzing and controlling these key affecting factors, the improving methods were brought forward, which will be favorable to prevent the human errors and will reduce the safety accidents in coal mine.
