Research on Design of Safety Management Training Content for Upper Management in Group Enterprise
Enterprise is the liability subject to safety production, as the guide, the upper management is a key figure for safety management. By the opportunity of safety management special training in a group enterprise, present investigation and training requirement of the upper management in group enterprise was made. It was found that appropriate safety management training is very necessary for upper management. Thus, based on the achievements of our studying team during the past years, the safety management training content for upper management in group enterprise was designed. Combined with the relevant theories of safety culture based on the status of content training and test results, the expected effect that the content can improve safety performance was analyzed; therefore, it was theoretically proved that the designed training content was reasonable and effective.
