Established Model and Applied Research on Human Reliability in Complex Environment of Heading Face
Human reliability is the main factor which influences safety, and in heading face, complex environment conditions have very great effect on human reliability. Therefore, it is important to find out the key influencing factors of human reliability and help to improve human reliability, in order to achieve the purpose of production safety and efficiency. Studies have shown that: among the environment factors in heading face, the main influencing factors of human reliability are temperature, humidity, noise, illumination and dust concentration. Based on field observations, the mathematical model is established which is the impact of environment factors of human reliability; the model of quantitative describes the relationship between reliability and various work environment factors. The result shows that the mathematical model, which is the impact of environmental factors on human reliability, can be realized to the quantitative analysis of various environmental conditions, helping to find out the key influencing factors of human reliability.
