Studies on Countermeasures and Theories of Emergency Management for Electric Power System
Based on the analysis of the disaster accidents occurred in the electric power system at home and abroad, safety problems and their relative characteristics existed in the power system at present are summarized; the development stage of emergency management theory for electric power system, and the main four links (i.e. prevention, preparation, response and recovery) in the emergency management for electric power system are concluded; the internal relations between each link are analyzed. Finally, the technologies and countermeasures of emergency management for power system, and some suggestions for further improving the power emergency management and constructing the platform have been proposed.
