Discussion about Application of IOT Technologies in Coal Mine Safety Supervision
Nowadays, the situation of coal mine production safety in China is still not optimistic, and some serious accidents have not been effectively curbed. Due to such situation, the paper will be focused on the analysis of current status of safety supervision informationizing in China. By introducing the concept of Internet of Things (IOT), the author puts forward the view that IOT can be used to help the coal mine safety supervision authorities strengthen monitoring on the implementation of safety responsibility of enterprises, and analyzing specific applications of IOT in coal mine safety supervision. Finally, the author proposes a network-based remote inspection technology program based on IOT, by which the enterprises can make a realtime supervision over their employees behaviors, material security status, environmental conditions, management status and other information, thus to enhance the effectiveness of coal mine supervision, to curb coal mine accidents occurrence, and to promote the coal industrys safe and stable development.
