Confined Space Rescue: Risks Identification and Management

摘要：

Based on the classification of confined space and rescue operation, the paper analyses two categories of confined space hazards—atmospheric and physical ones. Focusing on the overall permit-required confined space program and its three pillars of personnel, training, and equipment, it also puts forwards the rules for risks managements.
