On the Vulnerability Assessment of Civil Aviation Freight Security Based on Variable Fuzzy Set Theory

For the purpose of searching for safety vulnerability which exists in current civil aviation freight security operation, this paper established evaluation index system vulnerability by analyzing the indicators affecting the vulnerability of civil aviation freight security operation. In order to improve the objectivity of evaluation results, this paper uses the set-valued statistics method to determine the quantified value of the vulnerability level index. This paper applies variable fuzzy evaluation model based on relative membership degree and relative difference function. In order to improve the reliability of evaluation results, this paper quantified evaluation results by characteristic value of vulnerability levels. Taking the freight security of an airport in our country for instance, this paper evaluated the vulnerability of its freight security operation.Then proved that this method can be applied to evaluate the vulnerability of civil aviation freight security operation.
