Study on Spontaneous Combustion Character of Blasting Working Face and Safety Control System
It is important for early forecast, prevention and control of spontaneous combustion of coal bed to research the goaf spontaneous combustion character of coal mine working face. Based on coal sample raise temperature experiment for pyro-phoricity character and detection of signal gas, rule of CO, CO2 and hydrocarbon gas concentration to temperature change are drawn of Pangzhuang coal mine 950 blowing exploitation working face, then determine the concentration critical value of signal gas to judge working face spontaneous combustion. Thereby, whether coal bed exist hidden danger of ignition , occur hidden danger of pyrophoricity, temperature of coal exceed critical value, being intense heat or naked flame four phases or not can be decided, and then to determine danger zone scope and modality. Finally, organization safeguards, professional control measures, strictly inspection measures and incentive aim system, the comprehensive and systemic spontaneous combustion prevent and control system are set up by virtue of the four phases feature, from the emergency counter-plan and organization and management for prevention and control technique point of view.
