A Study on the Application of EAP in Behavior Safety Management
Humans unsafe behavior is the main cause of the production safety accident. Enhancing the study on the Humans unsafe behavior in the Behavior Safety Management has significant meaning. This paper studies the mechanism of humans unsafe behavior causing the production safety accident and also analyzes the intervening measures carried out on safety productions and their defects. On that basis, this paper clarifies the significant meaning of EAPs participation in the process of behavior safety intervention. The theses present EPA Behavior security practice system which is established by the five systems and nine modules. The five systems consist of referral system, survey system, consultation system, training system and assessment system. The nine modules are mental health promotion module, safety psychology and the behavior research module, psychological examination module, psychological consultation module, psychological crisis module, security behavior model construction module, positive psychological construction module, psychological quality construction, the effect evaluation and feedback module.
