Study on Fabrication and Thermal Analysis of Porous Silicon Nanoenergetic Materials
In this paper, the thickness of porous silicon which was fabricated by electrochemical method was about 100μm, and the average diameter of composed pores was about 4.3nm. According to the related data, the specific surface area was calculated, and it was up to 587m2/g. Depending on ultrasonic wave, suitable oxidants was immerged into porous silicon to prepare nanoenergetic materials, which can arise strongly explode under the condition of heat pulse at the temperature of 450℃-470℃ in air. The porous silicon nano-energetic materials were tested by thermal analysis technology, and the results showed the exothermal temperature was lower than the pure oxidants. So it has a potency to fabricate high nanoenergetic materials.
