Thermo Analysis Compound Design and Experimental Study on Metal-Cutting Pyrotechnic Composition

摘要：

Adiabatic reaction temperature of pyrotechnic composition was calculated by chemical thermodynamics and experimental study on combustion velocity of pyrotechnic composition, the best composition was got by uniform design experiments, a kind of pyrotechnic composition used for high temperature metal melting was studied out. The composition consists of powdered aluminum cupric oxide and ferric oxide etc. High temperature high velocity melting Cu-Fe alloy jet is generated by the combustion of the pyrotechnic composition, which can cut metal material effectively.
