Study on Work Capacity of Novel High Energy Low Sensitivity Eutectic Materials
For the two novel lowest eutectic materials were made from 2,4, 6-trinitrobenzylamine(NMTNA)/3-amino-2,4,6-trinitrobenzyl methyl ether(ANTA)=60/40, 1-nitro-3,3-dinitroazetidine(TNAZ)/3-amino-2,4,6-trinitrobenzyl methyl ether(ANTA)=60/40, the parameters of detonation performance were calculated by means of the VLWR code. The detonation velocity, the expansion curves of cuprum tube, the expansion velocity and the ratio energy in different expansion distance for lowest eutectic materials were obtained by Ф10mm cylinder test. The results show that the calculational value of detonation velocity are accord with the experimental value, the work capacity of eutectic materials NMTNA/ANTA=60/40 is equivalent to TNT, the work capacity of eutectic materials TNAZ/ANTA=60/40 is higher than Comp.B, the novel high energy insensitive eutectic materials invented were excellent casting molded mix explosives.
