Design of Miniature Linear Shaped Charge Cutter

摘要：

The design of Miniature Linear Shaped Charge Cutter which applies to cutting and separating the cabin glass of helicopter is introduced in present paper. The cross-section of the cutting cable of the cutter is design as U shaped, HNS is selected as the explosive, lead-antimony alloy is used as the shell material, the charge line density is 0.45g/m..The protective of the cutter case employs double-layer hallow silicone rubber, and double-sided adhesive tape is selected as the bonding material. The cutter can reliably cut non-directional aerospace plexiglass plate as thick as 4mm, and does not induce injury to personnel in the narrow spaces. And also this paper analysis the cutting inflection and relevant elements of plexiglass.
