Study and Design on SCB Igniter

摘要：

In this paper, two kinds of semiconductor bridge (SCB) were designed, and with analyzed its phase process, the fire energy was approximately calculated. Based on these two SCB, two kinds of SCB igniters were designed, as no-fire test, fire test, and function time measure test results shown that 1 Ω SCB igniter can meet with (1A,1W, 5 min) no fire test, under the 28 μF, 27 V fire condition, its average function time was 363 μs, as 3 Ω SCB igniter can meet with (0.6A,1W,5 min) no fire test, under the 28 μF, 50 V fire condition, its average function time was 147 μs.
