Experiments to Estimate 100%p Firing Level of Initiator with Small Samples

摘要：

A new optimal experiment design is recently proposed to estimate the 100%p firing level with small sample size. This new design is applied to a type of electric ignition tube. From the estimates of 100%p firing level with large and small sample size, it is shown that the new design is reliable, robust and precise.
