Study on the High Energy Igniting Powder Fitting for Extreme Environment
4 igniting compositions were designed. Combustion heat tests shows that the combustion heat of 4 combustions are 7.018 MJ/kg, 10.08 MJ/kg, 7.745 MJ/kg, and 7.832 MJ/kg respectively, which fulfil requirement of high energy. Semi-closed bomb experiment was used to simulate the high decompression grads environment, the results show that 4 compositions can be ignited and combust continued under such environment. The results of high speed spinning experiment show that 4 compositions can be ignited and combust continued under high speed spinning environment, and the burning rates of composition 1 and composition 2 under such environment are much higher than those under the static state, yet the burning rates of composition3 and composition 4 only have a few varieties. The wind tunnel test was used to simulate the high-speed airflow disturbance environment, and the test results show that 4 compositions can be ignited and combust continued under such environment.
