Bacterial Reverse Mutation Test-Salmonella Typhimurium for Sodium Dichromate Dihydrate

摘要：

Hie study used amino-acid requiring strains of Salmonella typhimurium to detect mutagenic potential of sodium dichromate dihydrate. And test results indicated that sodium dichromate dihydrate was positive in the Bacterial Reverse Mutation Assay without metabolic activation system.
