EDCAPPR:A Multi-functional Software Tool Developed for Computer-Based Activity Estimation

facilitate computer-based activity estimation of potential contaminants, Software of Biological Activity Prediction and Pattern Recognition System for Environmental Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals (EDCAPPR) has been developed cooperatively by Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences and Nanjing University. Different from publiclyaccessible QSAR software tools of the joint research centre, EDCAPPR integrates (Q)SAR modelling tools with database management, Therefore, it not only provides reliable (Q) SAR methods for both activity prediction and pattern recognition, but also realize the real-time information exchange for risk assessment. Moreover, its user-friendly characteristics and strict user authority configuration ensure the applicability and safety of the whole system. With further modification and improvement, EDCAPPR may play an exemplary role in (Q)SAR practice of China.
