DEA-based Real-estate Listed Company Core Competence Identity
The comprehensive assessment is conducted for 20 real-estate listed companies with the application of data envelopment analysis (DEA) model. According to data in the reports of listed companies in 2010, this article aims at the analysis of external expression (input & output efficiency) of real-estate listed companies by setting up multi-input and multi-output indicators. On the basis of the analysis results, it easily initially assesses that what kind of core competence the chosen listed companies have. Meanwhile, the article also puts forward to some methods to optimize resource configuration and improve the performance of listed companies.
