Innovation Design of Guide Bearing Based On TRIZ
As the size and weight of the submersible motor support components increase, when bearing shell damaged, guide bearing has some disadvantages, such as, it is difficult to transport, and increases maintenance time and cost etc. To solve this problem, Triz theory is proposed in this study for innovation design of guide bearing. Firstly analyze technology system for guide bearing using multiscreen method, finding the main problem is how to solve the contradiction between removal to repair and stability. That is, maintainability and stability is a pair of technology contradiction. So it can obtain a conflict matrix by existing technology contradiction, then select appropriate innovation principles, therefore an optimization design scheme is established for guide bearing. Finally, a removable guide bearing is designed using this optimization scheme.1
