Research on the Performance Evaluation System of Private Enterprise Based on AHP and PCA

The paper is from the basic principle of the social expectations which an enterprise is obliged and guides the private enterprises to develop in the direction of state and society warfare. It has built the performance evaluation index system objectively after analyzing the desired goal of contemporary social and cultural environment. In addition, it also obtained the first-hand data of the evaluation system through the social survey, then we apply the AHP on the 56 reviewers to achieve the index weights set of enterprise performance evaluation. We analyzed the data obtained from Principal component analysis to determine the weight index. Where after, the objective correction of weights index is conducted in the AHP-based evaluation system. The above has not only formed the enterprise performance evaluation system based on the subjective and objective Evaluation but from the other side verified the rationality of evaluation index system.
