Study on Decision Mechanism Choosing by Cost Model for Functional Organization1

摘要：

Based on the analysis of the character of functional organization, a model for calculating the cost of functional organization is designed in this article with the parameters of the organization information and the relationship among departments. The cost of functional organization is analyzed under different decision mechanism on the base of which some tactic is advanced for functional organization to choose decision mechanism.
