Research on the application of Knowledge Management Process Model in Commercial Banks
Based on the reality of commercial banks’ knowledge management in China, this paper defines the knowledge capital of Chinese commercial banks, analyzes its unique characteristics, and establishes the knowledge management process model for commercial banks as percipience, initiatives, implementation and improvement stages. The internal mechanism of this model indicates that knowledge management is consisted of access, sharing, analysis, application, evaluation, motivation, innovation and protection of knowledge.
